While we were in Long Island we also went to see the Planting Fields. This garden is amazing also. It was so peaceful there-if I lived closer I would be a regular for sure. We spent several hours strolling around and planned to go back the next morning but alas so many nice places to see and not enough time! One of the things about Long Island that amazed me was all the garden centres there-oh,the temptations if I lived there.
Here on our peaceful little Island we are getting lots of rain today. We are having a couple of photographers come to take some garden shots this afternoon so hopefully it will clear up. I am so glad we managed to get the grass cut after the rain yesterday. So now I better go and pretty up our veranda's before they come!
