This is my favorite part of the garden in spring.It is enclosed on all sides so it is warmer and the fragrance of hyacinths and daffodils,magnolia etc. linger in here.
I love the daintiness of these daffodils.
The tulips are starting to bloom.We planted about a thousand new tulip bulbs last fall so there should be a pretty good show soon.
We were cleaning up the hillside garden this evening so now all our beds have been cleaned up and weeded so that is a good thing!
These are species tulips-they multiply each year.
I am so happy to have some color in the garden again.Oh, and the grass is so green and the leaves are popping. Ah! spring.
